Payment Policies

 MONTHLY TUITION IS DUE THE FIRST CLASS OF EACH MONTH. There will be a $10 late fee applied to any balance not paid by the 25th of that month.

Payment can be sent via Venmo (heidimsod5678), cash, or check (made out to HMSD). Payments should be mailed or brought to the studio. 

Banks will also set up an auto-payment system where they will mail the tuition check directly to the studio. Please set that up to be mailed on or before the 1st of the month. Checks should be mailed to HMSD, 1600 Providence Highway, Walpole, MA 02081.

 There is no deduction or pro-rating due to absences, but makeup classes are available. If you are unable to attend several classes due to other commitments, you will still be responsible to pay the monthly rate in order to reserve a space in that class.  Please note,  HMSD fees are a seasonal rate, divided into 10 monthly payments for your convenience. Tuition payment remains the same even though there are holiday breaks throughout the season.

If your dancer decides to not continue in his / her class, the studio must be notified before the first of the month when the monthly tuition is due.  If not notified, the dancer will be provided to pay the tuition at the full monthly rate.

HMDS season runs from straight through September through June.  It is expected that your dancer participates in all classes.  We do not run a drop-in session schedule.

All payment, prices, and policies are subject to change at any time per the digression of Heidi Miller Dance Studio.
